1) Ask businesses in your building if they have any furniture needs, then you can get a few dollars out of your furniture quickly and cleanly.
                                                                                                                                                          
2) Try websites like Craig’s List to see if you can sell (or give away) furniture that way.

3) Donate your furniture to Non-Profit organizations in your area.
